Road worker injured in construction zone accident

The Chicago, personal injury and workers compensation firm of Morici Longo & Assoc. has been retained by an injured construction worker after his vehicle was struck by an errant motorist on Old McHenry Road last week.

The worker’s truck was struck while he was working from its bed doing sign work. He was thrown from the vehicle and suffered a traumatic brain injury and paraplegia. Currently he is attempting rehabilitation at the Shirley Ryan Ability Center in Chicago.
