Kenneth M. Lubinski

Partner Ken Lubinski has spent more than twenty years helping injured workers across Illinois get back on their feet. As a partner at Morici, Longo & Associates, he focuses on workers' compensation claims, guiding clients from the initial investigation all the way through arbitration, appeal, and settlement.

Mr. Lubinski has a particular knack for cases where a workplace injury also triggers a separate personal injury claim against a third party, and he knows how to coordinate the medical, legal, and lien issues that come with handling both at once. He is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Before law school, Mr. Lubinski studied film at the University of Southern California, and that storytelling background still shows up in how he builds a case and explains it to a jury. He's tried numerous workers' compensation and personal injury matters to verdict, and he says what drives him is simple: a genuine interest in solving hard problems for people going through a hard time.
