Senior associate Tomas Cabrera resolved an Arizona wrongful death case for the policy maximum of $1,000,000.00 on behalf of a family of a pedestrian struck and killed by a motor vehicle. The incident, which occurred in an Arizona shopping center, killed a woman as she was walking across its parking lot. The decedent sustained massive trauma and died several days later in a hospital as a result of her injuries.
Mr. Cabrera reports that while “Nothing will cure the pain of losing a mother, I was proud to work for the family and provide them with some sense of justice and closure.” The case represents one of several seven-figure cases successfully resolved by Cabrera over his more than eight-year history with the firm.
