Before removing the last pallet from the truck, the truck driver misunderstood an instruction from the cargo yard coordinator and pulled away prematurely, causing the forklift to fall to the ground. As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff suffered a herniated disc and required a lumbar discectomy.
